General Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to every booking made with MAR Diving Center, including diving, snorkelling, PADI courses and dive packages.
We know travel plans change. These rules let us be fair to our customers while protecting the places in our small groups, and the instructors, boats and PADI materials we set aside for each booking.
By booking with MAR Diving Center, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking and Deposit
A booking is only confirmed once we have received the required deposit.
Places are limited, particularly for diving activities and PADI courses, so we recommend booking ahead.
For bookings made less than 24 hours before the activity, please contact us on WhatsApp first (+57 321 3296252) to confirm availability.
The remaining balance must be paid before the activity begins.
2. Cancellation Policy

3. PADI Courses
No refund is given for training materials, eLearning codes, manuals or digital products that have already been assigned or delivered.
If you cancel a course before it starts, any refund or credit depends on when the cancellation is made and whether training materials have already been issued.
Course schedules may depend on the weather, sea conditions, student progress and instructor availability.
4. Safety and Medical Requirements
Safety always comes first.
All participants must complete and sign the required forms before taking part in diving, snorkelling or PADI courses.
Certified divers must show proof of certification before diving.
Participants may be asked to complete a medical form. Where medical clearance is required, the participant must present a certificate signed by a doctor.
5. Payments and Taxes
Prices are quoted per person in Colombian pesos (COP).
Colombian citizens and foreign residents may be subject to 19% VAT. Foreign tourists may be exempt on presentation of a passport.
Card payments, PayPal and international transfers may carry additional fees.
6. Equipment and Insurance
Basic scuba equipment is included in our activities. Participants are responsible for the equipment they use.
We recommend every diver check whether their travel insurance covers diving. We can help you arrange daily dive insurance.
7. Privacy
MAR Diving Center respects your privacy. We collect information to manage your booking, meet legal requirements, process payments and improve our services.
Acceptance of These Terms
By making a booking, paying a deposit, registering or taking part in a course with MAR Diving Center, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions.
If you book on behalf of other participants, you are responsible for informing them of these Terms and Conditions.
